- Disposal of large items (such as mattresses and furniture) and hazardous material is each Owner's responsibility. If you are purchasing new furniture or appliances, consider asking the retailer if they will haul away the item(s) you are no longer using. If not, you will need to call a large item removal company. You are not allowed to put construction debris or large items in the trash rooms; this costs the Association extra money and drives up costs for everyone!
Before you throw something in the trash, consider donating it if it is still in good condition.
